'Toronto Takeover' Incentive Trip

The Challenge.

Samsung challenged us to create an incentive and reward program for Three Retail agents over an 8-week period.

The Delivery.

We created an interactive microsite which hosted short quizzes giving the agents an opportunity to win weekly prizes, ranging from Freak-shake kits to £250 Ticketmaster gift cards. Agents were challenged to reach a 20% sales increase on their targets. Agents who entered all 8 quizzes were entered into the draw for the grand prize: an all-expense paid trip to Toronto, Canada.

42% agents registered

Average of 41% quiz participation across all 8 weeks.

Very strong feedback from Samsung, Three and the incentive winners, with 93% of those voting the trip as one of the best holidays they had ever had.
