The Challenge
We were challenged to create a TalkTalk tent at the 2016 House Festival for the 7th year, with the added challenge of being bigger and bolder than ever before.
The aim of the project was to provide a series of iconic themes for a tent at House Festival whilst remaining aware of brand ideal but also delivering the wow factor.
It was necessary for the tent to engage and entertain both VIP and general admission ticket holders, featuring bold colours to align with updated brand colours.
Initial brainstorms lead to a final concept which was sketched by our in house design team and then brought to life creatively by the account team.

Having proposed two strong concepts, the theme ‘Vintage Circus’ was selected, featuring bold colour options and engaging elements in keeping with the overall theme.
Guests were given the chance to kick back and relax on vintage fairground gondolas, while enjoying the unicycle wheel flower displays and parasol ceiling displays.
Other features included a big top themed archway entrance, an ever popular photobooth experience designed to appear as though guests were in a bear cage, and a bespoke bar featuring TalkTalk’s bold new brand colours.
Ta da.
The installation was a huge success all round with over 200 guests in attendance throughout the day. We successfully promoted the TalkTalk brand whilst also providing guests with a themed area that they could relax in and enjoy the festival.
