Samsung’s A Series range is targeted at mobile users who want premium features at an affordable price. Our challenge was to bring these features to life for call centre advisors through memorable experiences and games.

Aligning to the youthful, Gen Z target market of the A series, we created a fun, bright and unique roadshow: The A Series Arcade.

We successfully delivered 70x live experience days, visiting 10x separated Channel Partners and 47x Contact Centres, over a 5-week period, in 4x

different countries.
