S10 Experiential Roadshow

Samsung’s call centre training roadshows have been a key part of their device launch strategy since 2012 and considered ‘best in class’ industry wide. The S10 Roadshow covered 9 channels, 3 countries and exceeded training targets by 40%.
Challenge
Train contact centre agents on the new Samsung S10 device, introducing them to key USPs whilst building brand loyalty and keeping Samsung front of mind.
Insight
Learning has changed over the last decade, attention spans have shortened making teaching and learning harder. In addition to this the contact centre audience have limited ‘offline’ time in order to be trained and multiple brand vying for their attention.
Solution
We created a contact centre ‘take over’. Multiple short training experiences were positioned around the centres enabling an ‘always on’ microlearning experience.
Result
12,400 agents were trained, a +48% increase on S9.
