Note 10 Roadshow

A training roadshow that spanned 4 countries and 39 locations. We delivered the Note10 training from a visually fun and playful stand that focussed on the creativity element of the Note10 and the iconic S Pen.

Challenge

Bring to life Note10 USPs for call centre employees and get them excited about the possibilities of 5G. Create a fun and unique training area, adaptable to the range of visited sites.

Insight

‘Experiential learning’ results in a 75% knowledge retention rate.
Focusing on hands on experiences rather than classroom sessions is fifteen times more effective.

Solution

We created a circular studio space to showcase the creative possibilities of the Note10, with the graphic outline style reflecting the S Pen.

Training was delivered by interactive screens and covered video editing and S Pen skills.

Next advisors were encouraged to get hands on with the S Pen and create their own ‘selfie doodle’ with the results displayed as a digital mural at each contact centre.

Result

55 live days completed across four countries and 9 teclo channels. 98% of advisors scored top marks in a knowledge retention quiz.
