Curated by BRIT award nominated musician, Rina Sawayama and star British-Filipino chef, Luke Selby, we created a unique pop-up dining experience for GREY GOOSE, connecting culture and brand.
To bring to life the ‘Duet’ concept – blending the French heritage of GREY GOOSE with Rina’s Japanese heritage and Luke’s signature flair for the finest.
People are craving more intimate experiences having missed out on live music, restaurants and bars due to Covid. We wanted an experience that combined all, bringing people together in a relaxed setting.
We delivered a unique multi-sensory dining experience. Informality, and intimacy were key factors when designing the restaurant. A neon stage and lights recreated a ‘city bar’ feel, sitting with natural materials to tie into the ‘Duet’ concept – two looks combining to create something beautiful.
The event ran across 2 weekends with 8 sittings open to the public. Guests were treated to a four course meal and served a selection of playful twists on the classic martini cocktail – all made with GREY GOOSE Vodka.
On launch night, Rina held an excusive performance, with live music across all other live days too.
