Google challenged us to deliver a best-in-show stand at the BT Consumer Live conference 2022, to create a truly unforgettable experience for all those attending.

Challenge

To create an engaging, interactive way of showcasing Google Pixel features to EE’s Consumer Division at the BT Consumer Live conference 2022.

The conference was a golden chance to engage with 6,000 BT/EE consumer facing employees. We needed to be bold. To stand out. We created the Google Getaway.

Insight

We needed our stand to have numerous experience points to cater for the huge numbers of conference attendees.

The stand needed to be built with three pillars in mind: Googleyness, the conference theme of ‘consumer of the future’ and sustainability.

Solution

An immersive, stand-out area that showcased Google Pixel features in a clear and entertaining way.

We brought the features of the Pixel 6 family to our stand, with each zone focussing on the 4Ps of Pixel – Protection, Performance, Photography and Pro-Level Features.

Delegates could take part in our skee ball style game, highlighting the Tensor core of the phone, understand jokes from a foreign language using Live Translate, use the powerful camera to take 94 degree selfies and erase photobombing pigeons using Magic Eraser, all topped off with our Pixel Putts area, showcasing the Pixel 6 as the all-in-one, hole-in-one device.

Bringing that all important ‘Googleyness’ fun to our area, all of our experience zones were created with the theme of a summer holiday.
