Design and organize an in depth event for Geek Squad managers to
create a feeling of a single team rejoicing in unity, celebrating
success, and planning for a glowing future of achievement and
growth.
We found a great venue near Oxford (a great location for ease of
access for the delegates), and organized two days of meetings,
presentations, group discussions, team building exercises and games
both indoor and outdoor.
We then provided a gala dinner with entertainment, and added a
fun team oriented twist by staging the Geek Squad Awards, complete
with certificates and prizes.
The Geek Squad management team interacted in a way they never
had before, working in teams with people they hadn't met and
socializing as a group.
Throughout the day the meetings and presentations had a focus on
group thinking which benefited both the individuals and the
business, and will inform the structure of future Geek Squad
management meetings for a long time to come.
