Carphone Warehouse helps the Consumer to 'Walk out Working'... Bringing customer service to life!

The latest brand ad from CPW hit our screens last week in
a flurry of live action mixed with animation mixed with a healthy
dollop of fun!
The campaign sees CPW positioning itself as THE place
where all our modern connective needs can be met.
Focusing on the seemingly magical link between the world
of opportunities made possible by smart phones and their endless
apps, Laptops and Tablets with their increasing power and usability
and the value offered by networks competing in a marketplace
revoltutionised by incrased bandwidth capacity.
The 'Walk Out Working' strategy really brings to life
Carphones commitment to getting its customers fully integrated with
their devices, whilst still getting them the best possible
deal.
The big idea displayed in the treatment is that there is a
wealth of fun, innovative and cutting edge features available for
connective devices and that while these global products are created
by multi-national brands, totally separate to CPW, it is CPW that
brings them to you and as the ad shows quite literally brings
them to life.
Devised and produced by CHI and Partners (http://www.chiandpartners.com/),
the ad see's a move away from the previous aesthetic of sketched
animation and puts the consumer right back at the centre of
everything they do - a move which, combined with the comical feel
to the film, hit's the right tone in these austere
times.
Our verdict? A bloody good ad.
